All prices, unless indicated otherwise are in US Dollars. If you are not permitted or otherwise unable to pay in US Dollars, please contact us. We accept payment in these following currencies: INR, EURO, YEN, GBP, CAD, AUD.

The prices indicated are very often less than those you find elsewhere on other web sites or traditional stores anywhere. This is possible because we do not stock any of the items and we pass on the cost savings to you.

All prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of EmergingPlanet.

Emerging Planet India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been levied via credit card. In the event the payment has been processed by Emerging Planet the same shall be credited to your credit card account and duly notified to you by email.

In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. Emerging Planet will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user.

Any request for cancellations of orders once duly placed on the site, and in the process of shipping shall not be entertained.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost incurred by Emerging Planet for redelivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

Emerging Planet India Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by the vendors, trade organisation/s, manufacturers / shop etc. (vendors), flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of Emerging Planet India Pvt. Ltd..

All products are duly screened and assured by the vendors to ensure that the products are of the standard, quality, composition, style or model that they represent.

Notwithstanding anything contained herein Emerging Planet acts only as booking agent to facilitate / integrate transactions between the buyers and sellers through various platforms (online web store, call centre, mail order catalogues, SMS. etc.) for various vendors and shall in no way be responsible for any quality of product, damages, losses, expenses and/or taxes incurred by Users on the products. In no event shall Emerging Planet India Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officials, representatives and employees be liable for any damages relating to products sold through it's various platforms.

The User agrees to use the services provided by Emerging Planet, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only.

The User agrees to provide authentic and true information. Emerging Planet India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If upon confirmation such User details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), Emerging Planet India Pvt. Ltd. has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the Services of Emerging Planet Shopping, and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.

Emerging Planet India Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on this site. This without limitation includes loss of revenue/data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act / omission of the vendor. Gift Messages, Gift Wrapping
The Emerging Planet gift message services available to our customers are subject to the following guidelines. Out of respect for all of our customers, we ask that you do not use obscene, profane or threatening language in gift messages. We may, but are not obligated to, restrict or remove any and all content from a gift message that we determine in our sole discretion violates these guidelines or is otherwise harmful to us, other customers, or any third party. As a courtesy, we remove price labels or tags from your gift before giftwrapping. If you would like us to leave the price label, please inform us.

Interpretation, Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Coimbatore shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
